Some of our community’s wonderful organizations offer free health fairs in the area. They provide health screenings and learning opportunities, as well as highlight the many resources and services that are available. We look forward to seeing you at one of these upcoming fairs:
• Saturday April 7, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Health Fair Saturday, Grossmont Center. Sponsored by the East County Chamber of Commerce and the Grossmont Healthcare District.
• Thursday April 12, 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Aging Conference: Healthy and Safe Aging, La Mesa Community Center. Sponsored by Sharp Senior Resource Center and Sharp HospiceCare. Registration required: 800-827-4277 or www.sharp.com/classes.
• Friday, May 11, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Senior Health Fair, La Mesa Community Center. Sponsored by East County Senior Service Providers.
