January is Healthy Habits Month, and what better time to focus on your health than at the start of a New Year. Our Library Team has been working hard to bring you all kinds of new materials to our collection, such as Books, DVDs, and Media. Our collection continues to expand, especially on the topic of healthier habits.

We have a variety of materials about practicing healthy habits, and what we should do to keep physically and mentally strong – we rest, eat healthy food, exercise, detox, build positive mindsets, and so on.

So, the more mindful we are of our body, health, and mind, the more active we are and the better we feel, both, physically and mentally.
